Noted…

It’s never to late to decide to come, even if the Eventbrite deadline has closed. Don’t worry about that! Just show up…Friday is free. Saturday is $40 at the door. However, please let us know if you plan to attend at smhs1974reunion@gmail.com If you’re bringing a guest, please let us know the name.

There’s some confusion about the photo app The Guest…will try to iron that out this afternoon.

Reunion Photos

Hi Classmates: Reunion minus 2 days! Whether you’re able to attend or not, you can see the photos taken at both events. All photos taken on the phones that have the app between Fri and Sat night will be available to everyone who has the app on your phone. Before Friday, download the free app The Guest, create a profile, search for and click on SMHS Class of 1974. The event password is 74 Forevermore.

45th Reunion Updates

Hi Classmates: Only two weeks until we get to catch up with “old” friends who knew us when. We sent out another email with updates:
CHANGE OF VENUE: We’re combining the Friday night parties. Ladies, we’ll be at Jim Barger’s church, 2670 La Tierra St., Pasadena (enter from Vinedo Ave just above Foothill). Jim is hosting a BBQ, so there is no cost. We’ll see everyone there at 6:30.
EVENT PHOTOS: Instead of hiring a professional photographer, we’re utilizing 21st century technology. To submit and view photos from the Friday and Saturday night parties, you need to download the app The Guest from your app store (free download). Create a profile and search for the event SMHS Class of 1974. The event code is 74Forevermore. All the photos you take during both events will automatically be uploaded into the app for everyone who has the app to see, whether you’re in attendance or not.
GUEST LIST: In the interest of privacy, we’re not publishing the guest list on Facebook. The names of some of the classmates you can look forward to connecting with are in the email.
There is still time to sign up. Go to

Losing Another Classmate

It is with sadness that I report that classmate Gina-Marie Celic Stea passed away earlier this week due to complications after surgery. Condolences to her family and friends.

Another Final Goodbye

Matt Baird passed away December 12. His sister said that he still had the poster everyone signed for him at our last reunion. Condolences to his family and friends.
